Measurements
After booking an appointment, come in for consultation, measurements will be taken,(if out of town, measurements can be taken via FaceTime or WhatsApp video call).
Make sure to wear a good bra, sport bra is not allowed, body shaper or girdle is preferred if you will be wearing them with the final look or you are making a corset.
Production
Once all dresses are completed, the 30% balance is due, you will be schedule to come in for fitting.
Refund policy
There are no refunds or return once the fabrics are already purchased, patterns have been made or fabric has been cut.
There are no returns or refunds once dresses are completed and taken from our possession so ensure that you’re satisfied during the fitting.
Fittings
Fittings are Individual, please do not bring extra people along. If you would have to bring your planner, friend or family member, only one person is allowed to come with you. If you came alone for your first appointment, please note that an additional person will not be allowed in with you at your final fitting.
Please come in for fittings wearing the right underwear, bra, and any under garments, please bring a pair of heels to make sure that the length of your dress is perfect.
If a style is agreed upon and already created and you want a change to it, you will be charged separately for it if we have enough time frame to make the changes.
Once your dress leaves our possession, we’re no longer responsible for any free alterations, please make sure you are satisfied with your dress before leaving.
Processing Time
Rush orders are available for an additional fee; the time frames specified will be considered reasonable timing for the completion of any order (6-8weeks) or more depending on the design.
If at any point before we begin the process of your outfit you desire to change or add, there Will be an extra fee depending on the change or addition.
If the client has any issues with services; the designer should be addressed directly. Any efforts to defame the designer, the company, or its likeness using blogs, networking sites, and other social outlets (collectively referred to as “Social Media”) by the client or third parties associated with the client shall be considered a breach of this agreement.
Any breach of this clause would consequently deem clients a conflict of interest resulting in a void of this agreement, a forfeit of any deposits paid, and possible legal action.
